The lounge meets to all your needs before your flight. The lounge was top notch. There was a mixture of red and blue chairs which gave it a classy look. There were different kinds of sofas and lazy boy chairs to rest on. We we entered, we were greeted with a smile and we were even offered sweets. There were not many people in the lounge when I entered so there were plenty of seating areas.
Since it was early in the morning, a breakfast self serve buffet was laid out. Once deeper in the lounge there are also other snacks offered. The food had many dishes to choose from.
There was a universal port to charge your devices, there was a business conference room and a kids play area with an exclusive kid style bathroom attached to it. The lounge also had 2 cPCs.
Trotz Vorlage meines Priority Passes und eines Business Tickets (Sonntag 31. Juli 2016 um 16:45 Uhr) wurde mir kein Zutritt zur Lounge gewährt.
Das Personal war sehr zurückweisend und verwies auf andere Lounges am Flughafen.
Ein sehr ungehöriges und unanständiges Verhalten des Personals. Die Aeroflot sollte sich des Personals schämen
