If I could leave negative stars, I would. This lounge was horrible. A joke for a lounge. The common seating area in the airport gates were of better quality that this “lounge”. There was nothing worth eating, the room is a gloomy depressing tiny hole in the wall. No restrooms. NEVER stop here if you’re paying. Don’t waste any free access either if you have limited. I wish I could get my money back.

We were flying Emirates First and checked in around 5 pm to the lounge. Absolutely overcrowded and hot. Laid out poorly in a tight space. No place to sit. Look at how many airlines use it. It was definitely subpar. Beer and soft drinks were room temperature. We left and took a stroll in the different stores before our long flight.

We got 23:15 and we were told that they were not taking any more priority cards .. they only explanation was that they were about to close at 24:00 hrs .. even there were room for more people ..

My family and I found the staff here so rude and contemptuous, we chose to buy our own food and wait at the gate. LOT should go back to letting customers use the Turkish Airline lounge across the corridor, or the Swiss Air Lounge nearby.

Good selection of sandwiches and salads, but a cramped facility otherwise, due to the number of airlines that it serves, and no bathroom.
