- Pay-in customers: relax at the lounge no matter what airline you're flying. Purchase access now and save time and money.
- Air Mauritius Business Class passengers departing on a same-day flight.
- Air Mauritius Kestrelflyer Gold members departing on a same-day flight operated by Air Mauritius.
- Air Mauritius Economy Class passengers, for a MUR 2,000 fee (1,000 for children) – inquire at check-in.
- Select premium customers and elite members departing on an airline served by this lounge (see airlines served).

Honestly can’t believe the positive reviews I’ve seen for this lounge. Food was poor, wine was gross. Coffee and soft drinks were fine. The lights were austere and there was nowhere to relax upstairs. Busy busy busy and absolutely crammed with children. It was soooooo noisy we left early. I am not a whinger, but I’d suggest keeping the bottom level for quiet rest and upstairs for noisier and food? The downstairs was closed when we were there and upstairs didn’t have enough seating. I had high hopes following the reviews I’d read but this was hands down the worst lounge I’ve used. No reflection on the staff who were polite and efficient but… No. Avoid!
