Overall ratings
Kind of a dump. One of their three hot food offerings was a huge pan of…tomato sauce. That would have been fine, if there were noodles… but, alas, no. No wifi working either. Skip it. DEFINITELY don’t pay for entry – if you have it as a perk with your FF program or class of travel, it’s better than the seats outside – but very much sub-standard.
Oh, forgot to leave photos. My bad. Here is some proof that I was at the airport around 6am with an unopened lounge. You can see the flights in one of the photos.
I bought myself two passes to use on the two days I would be in the airport since I had a long layover. The next day, I waited for the lounge to open as per its posted hours. I waited at 4:30 am. At 5 am. At 6 am. At 6:30 am… You get the picture. The lounge did not open. I paid $30 USD for my lounge pass and was deeply insulted that no staff would even come to open the lounge and that I was not informed beforehand that the lounge would not open. I booked online and the times were specified to ensure that the lounge would be open. But alas, it was not. I would rate it with less stars if I could. I was extremely unsatisfied.
Staff were not particularly helpful nor did they come round to clean up after guests had left for their flights. Several staff members spent a lot of time helping themselves to food and sodas and using the microwave to heat their food. A bit more attention to detail and to the guests would be a step in the right direction for this lounge. The power sockets nearest our seats and those next to us did not work.
