The Boutique Lounge is open to all passengers, and therefore can get quite crowded as you can see on my pictures.
Choice of food is limited, same goes for beverages – no alcohol or softdrinks.
Free WIFI, Playroom for kids.
The Bangkok Airways Boutique Lounge is open to all passengers, which is quite unusual and a nice perk. Of course the atmosphere is not that exclusive but this place is still better than waiting at the gate. It was kind of crowded but there were always some seats available.
Food selection was ok with sandwiches, cakes and other snacks. Choice of beverages was downright bad, just water, tea and juices. No alcohol and not even soft-drinks. But always keep in mind that this lounge is open to everybody. And there is a popcorn-machine for the kids.
Workstations, free WIFI, some newspapers and magazines, play-area for kids. Public restrooms are located outside the lounge.
