Vancouver BA First Class Lounge unquestionably one of the least well provided lounges I have ever used cramped tired cold food indifferent staff. Nowhere near the standard BA should be providing. There is an adjacent Bus lounge -I can’t imagine what the step down amounted to but the fact that some Bus ticked holders were asking to access the bar my guess is that’s it’s pretty dire
