The Chase Sapphire Lounge is a luxurious haven for Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers. Priority Pass members who are not Chase Sapphire card holders can visit one domestic Chase Sapphire Lounge location once a year on a complimentary basis; subsequent visits will be charged $75.
The Chase Sapphire Lounge Phoenix is located within the airport’s new Terminal 4 South 1 Concourse, near the Southwest gates. It’s also within walking distance of the concourse used by American Airlines. However, it’s not a practical option for passengers flying with other airlines, considering that Sky Harbor terminals aren’t connected airside.
With a modest 3,500 square foot footprint, the Chase Sapphire Lounge PHX is Chase’s smallest club to date. Design-wise, the space has all the accoutrements of its larger siblings—a homely decor, a soothing color palette, greenery, enticing ergonomic seats, power points aplenty, and panoramic tarmac views. But amenities are somewhat limited, given the real estate constraints. Chase offers fresh food—prepared on site inside an eye-catching retrofitted Airstream—along with a full bar. However, this location does not feature showers, private alcoves, massage chairs, a-la-carte dining, or other amenities.

Overall ratings
I was able to immediately get in at 8:30am on a week day. I have access to all lounges at PHX and this will be my go-to. Food is next level good! The service was highend, white glove with staff trying to identify needs and offer solutions before people even asked. So courteous!! The only negative is that there are only two restrooms for one person at a time each.
This lounge is a scam! With my Chase Reserve card the hostess told me that the wait would be one hour. Otherwise, the stated wait time would be two-three hours. This lounge is located in a busy airport and the majority of travelers do not have one-three hours to wait around for entry. And the most frustrating part was that the lounge appeared nearly empty except for two tables with seated customers. Also, I saw no one going through the buffet at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. Appears that this lounge is all hype but has not interest in serving drinks and/or food.
Dont bother with this lounge. The staff is rude. It’s cluster. I hate this airport to begin with..not Gerri g good vibes for people from here.
