    Information on your website is incorrect. I was denied access on Dec 10 as I was on a paid First Class ticket but transiting AUH (16 hr layover) and heading out of airport for meeting. I was told by lounge manager it was policy

      The agent was incorrect. The policy, as stated by Etihad, is as follows: “We invite our First and Business Class guests and Etihad Guest Exclusive members to enjoy the lounge facilities.” There are numerous reports of folks using the lounge on a layover.

      FWIW you’re better off presenting your inbound boarding pass at arrivals lounges.
