Note: The American Express Lounge at Sao Paulo airport was formerly known as the Executive Lounge GRU Airport.

My wife and I will be arriving at GRU from the US at 8:20 on a Sunday morning. Our connecting flight to Belem does not leave GRU until 19:00 that day. I have a few questions. Is the lounge accessible from the domestic terminal? Can we purchase a day-pass to the lounge for that day. If so, what is the fee? Can we use American Express or Visa cards? Thank you.
