Overview

The Iberia Arrivals Lounge at Madrid airport welcomes select premium and elite passengers whose final destination is Madrid, offering them a chance to freshen up and enjoy a light meal on the ground.

The lounge might be somewhat difficult to locate. After exiting the baggage claim area, turn right and follow the signs to the Metro and Cercanías stations. The lounge is located one floor below the arrivals hall by the Avis, Hertz and Europcar counters.

The Arrivals Lounge features a comfortable seating area with sofas, 22 oversized shower suites, a business center, and TV rooms. Breakfast is served in the morning, followed by snacks and finger food throughout the day. Baggage storage and laundry services are available.

Access rules

The Iberia Arrivals Lounge at Madrid airport welcomes Iberia Group and oneworld arriving passengers exclusively. The following passengers have access:

Business Class passengers arriving on a same-day flight longer than four hours operated by Iberia, Iberia Express, Iberia Regional, and Air Nostrum and whose final destination is Madrid.
Iberia Plus Platinum customers arriving on a same-day flight longer than four hours operated or marketed by Iberia, Iberia Express, Iberia Regional, Air Nostrum, Vueling or oneworld in any class of service and whose final destination is Madrid.
Iberia Plus Gold and Iberia Singular customers arriving on a same-day flight longer than four hours operated or marketed by Iberia, Iberia Express, Iberia Regional, Air Nostrum in any class of service and whose final destination is Madrid.

oneworld Sapphire and Emerald passengers do not have access unless they meet one of the aforementioned conditions.
