    A great place to unwind before s long flight. The F&B could not be better. Well worth the entry.

    I will rate this to be the worst lounge that I have spent time in. Poorly maintained (see the Men’s room photos) and extremely poor in service. I happened to be there in the morning hours of breakfast. Other than some generic bread the entire menu was fried. No cut fruit. Guava drink packs were kept in the name of Juice. No knives in cutlery( they expect u to use spoons/forks to butter ur bread). It was as pathetic as it can be. Surely a blot on the name of ITC hotels that are known for their quality service. Wonder why are they running this place that will spoil their brand!!!!
