Rudest staff that I have ever come across in 25yrs of travelling. Refused access to two of my family despite the Singapore airlines staff insisting that children should be included without a ticket. I’m now waiting outside with my wife whilst my 8yo and 4yo sleep unattended in the lounge.
The lounge could be better, but could be worse.
The seats are badly worn and tables are dirty, however, there are USB-A and electrical sockets at every seat.
There is hot food, not of the greatest quality or selection, but better than a United Club.
The WiFi is quite fast until the lounge gets crowded, once it is crowded, you can no longer connect if you disconnect.
few things to eat, passengers once entered got out again as the outside part of the airport (souvenir shops and nice food) was more interesting than the lounge.
