The small Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Dubai airport only welcomes Lufthansa Miles&More Senator, HON members, First Class and Star Alliance Gold passengers departing on a Lufthansa or Star Alliance flight. Lufthansa Business Class passengers should use the Marhaba Lounge located in the immediate vicinity between gates C23 and C25, as Lufthansa does not operate a Business Lounge in Dubai.
This lounge features Lufthansa’s latest design, which will be instantly recognizable to anyone who has traveled through Frankfurt and used any of the Senator lounges at the airline’s hub. It features warm color tones, comfortable seats, power outlets throughout, and a hot buffet. Unfortunately, the small size of the facility prevents Lufthansa from offering showers as well as a large food and beverage selection. The club is also often crowded at peak times.
Despite its limitations, the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Dubai airport is the best option for Star Alliance customers who have access, as it’s vastly superior to the Marhaba Lounge.
