    It was the worst lounge I have been to in my entire life.

    Got to be the worst lounge I have ever seen…

    They had a system error to enter and kept 20+ passengers with passes waiting to gain access –
    Finally they let everyone inside but refuse to serve food or drinks till it was sorted – this took an hour. Most were waiting for the same flight and then 30 min after this they ran out of food and didn’t replace in time before the flight departure –

    Complaints were made to the manger who then left the site and didn’t return/

    The toilets are bad, I cleaned and in the middle of the lounge

    Understood this is a temp structure but for the access and type of passengers using this service it is by far the worse I have seen ANYWHERE in the world
