    Staff was rude and zero customer service..I won’t visit this lounge again . Food was average but no smiles and zero courtesy ! I checked in with 2 guests and stated I have 2 guests which my card allows me to bring . The lady mistakenly thought I meant 2 people .. even though it was quite obvious 3 walked in as the lounge was empty ! I signed where she asked and 10 minutes later as we r eating , she comes over and tells me I have an extra person and I only stated 2 ! I asked her if she could count because as we were the only people in the lounge , it’s obvious there was 1 card holder and 2 guests ! She insisted it was my fault and started muttering in Thai ( which I assume she was cursing me out ) at which point I got annoyed and told her she should check her attitude and call a manager if she had an issue and I would complain ! At that point she apologized.. we barely stayed 30 minutes and after I walked out, I realized I forgot to take some water and since my husband and 2 kids were waiting outside , I took 2 bottles of water and a can of coke and another staff member told me that I could only take one bottle of water !
    As I said .. I won’t be back !
