Inspite of the Temporary location – the team in this lounge went out of their way to make us comfortable! the young lady that welcomed us deserves “Customer Service award” she is fantastic! Well done!

The access of the lounge gives a poor image. The couches were covered with throws / blankets because the seats were torn and in dire condition.. The carpets dirty and it was so stuffy inside…we had to ask for aircon to be switched on.(.outside 30 degrees)
Staff was friendly.
