Overall ratings
Beautiful design. Food wad amazing and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I loved it.
Un desastre, el peor lounge que visité en mí vida, la chica de recepción nos atendió muy mal y nos dijo que no había comida cuando si la había, de todos modos la comida era pésima y las bebidas calientes, no había nadie para recoger los platos.
Do not waste your money. Stay away from this lounge. This lounge is terrible. Visited at 7.30 pm on 20th April 2019 .
I’d paid for 6 people. When we arrived, were told by a very arrogant member of staff at the desk that there’s no food or drink left. This is meant to be a 24 hr lounge.
No effort made to accommodate us and we were told to buy food from outside and bring it in to eat at the lounge.
The place looked closed and the floors were being cleaned.
Don’t be fooled by the photo of food on the website.
Keep your money and spend it elsewhere.
If I could give no stars, I would. But the option is not there.
Nice surrounding, but the service and food are terrible. Three hot choices, clearly very old, some stale pastries, I asked for white wine, it was not cold so I sent it back and got red which was not very nice at all. Staff were quite rude.
Absolutely not worth paying for as the airport is otherwise lovely and your money would be better spent on a nice meal elsewhere
I booked this on line the day before leaving Marrakesh. This was at the end of November 2018. When I got to the desk they had no record of my booking and sent me to the Air Maroc lounge. They (Air Maroc lounge) were not interested of course as I was flying BA – and were quite dismissive of my problem. This all was a really frustrating experience. Finally a supervisor at the Pearl lounge came to the reception and said they would “allow” me to use it. She did continue to look for the booking. I don’t know if she was successful or not but I stayed there for a couple of hours ahead of my flight and I have no complaint about the lounge facilities at all. But what a very annoying experience it was actually convincing them I had already paid for my access. I see they now no longer take online bookings.
Absolutely terrible service. Rude staff on the front desk, badly behave male who denied us access – all because he didn’t read our British Airways pass properly. Had to speak to supervisor – who was apologetic but didn’t make her rude team member apologise himself. Inside it was empty, but old stale food that has not been refreshed. They should train their staff better – it’s not really a hard job reading a pass correctly 🙁
