Overall ratings
After a dozen stays at the lounge at Budapest airport and after a frequent disappointment I would like now to complain about the service.
1) Very unfriendly demotivated staff (no welcome greetings )
2) Loud chatting with other colleagues at the counter ( 5 women)- after my complain they stopped
3) Serving in internet – while the tables were not cleaned
4) Extensive use of mobile phone
5) Brushing hairs A few weeks ago some women were polishing their nails
Summary: From all lounges I have visited , the Platinum Lounge in Budapest is the less professional with a huge lack of management.
