    We had lounge access on 15th Dec through American Express credit card privileges.
    It was my worst lounge experience in dozens of airport lounge visits over the years.
    Service attitude was poor right from registration to the bartender.
    The bartender greeted incoming guests while swinging something like a keychain with his hand on a continuously circular motion. (He may be thinking it is a welcome gesture.)
    All drinks, even non-alcoholic, needed to be requested through the bar. And the bar-tender disappeared after a while for a prolonged period – leaving guests standing and waiting.
    Eventually, another employee (cleaner?) came to help, but the coffee machine was not working (not her fault).
    The food was appalling and lacking. We needed to get McDonald’s and brought food in.
