Very lethargic staff. Also not much options. Food is ok ok. Staff is not at all bothered. They don’t know the concept of customer service. When you are the only shop that sells food to the hungry travelers it’s okay to be ignorant, unhelpful and unprofessional…or so the people working here think.
It’s an absolute joke for a lounge.
That fact that it’s still running is coz it’s the only place that offers food with a seating area. The place is filthy.
And it’s true the staff is in the kitchen watching videos and talking among themselves. Some serious change need to be bought in this place.
