This room is total chaos. Attendannts leave their post often. People just walk right in without being checked-in first. During my last visit, there was no one attending to the front desk and guests (and likely non-guests) were looting the bar. There seemed to be an incentive for attendants to go out and offer non-member travelers to get in the room for exchange of cash. These cash paying guests often don’t respect the rules and are very loud and disruptive. These room is definitely a blemish on the program and shall be held accountable for the substandard service.
El servicio no es bueno, nunca me ofrecieron nada de tomar o picaderita, creo que están bien concentrados en clientes que pagan extra por el acceso y no los que ya tenemos el acceso, quizás es algún asunto de comisión, tuve que pedir una botella de agua 3 veces antes que me la facilitaran, y a los demás clientes que recién habÃan convencido de obtener la membresÃa le ofrecÃan todas las amenidades. Deben mejorar el servicio al cliente.
Small nice place, the people there were great to my senior mom and me prior to Delta flight home to JFK!
