Sky Hub Lounge – Seoul Incheon (ICN) by gate 11
Seoul’s Incheon airport operates three pay-per-use Sky Hub Lounges, located in the main terminal across gates 11 and 43 on the mezzanine level, and at the remote concourse. All three locations feature substantially the same amenities, and the two clubs in the main terminal are mirrors of each other.
The Sky Hub Lounge welcome all travelers, regardless of airline or class of service, for a fee. Members of popular lounge programs such as Priority Pass and Diners Club also receive access.

The Sky Hub Lounge at Incheon airport was completely remodeled in 2016. The unremarkable and dated décor has made way for a modern and elegant design, with a smart layout which maximizes the use of the space.
The lounge is roughly divided into three zones catering to work, relaxation, and dining.

Across the reception area is a traditional sitting area furnished with comfortable seats flanked by side or coffee tables. The space is dim and compact, but cozy and functional. USB ports are plentiful, though somehow there is only one power outlet per two seats—a puzzling flaw at a brand new lounge.
Asian-inspired mesh dividers and a marble partition carve out a hallway leading the buffet area. Behind the partition are a dozen dining booths with tables for two. A few larger dining tables are located in the back of the lounge.
At the center of the space are conversation pods, with groups of egg chairs duos separated by privacy dividers. The jovial shape and bold color of the chairs, open and spacious design, and sense of privacy invite patrons to relax and celebrate their journey.
Located on the mezzanine level, the Sky Hub Lounge overlooks the ticketing concourse. While the club lacks outside views and receives limited daylight, the soothing tones, understated golden hues, and individual lamps create a warm and intimate ambiance.

The Sky Hub Lounge at Incheon’s airport boasts a generous buffet, which is remarkably superior to Asiana’s and Korean Airlines’ offering at their flagship business class lounges.
Patrons will find a bibimpab bar, a salad bar, instant noodles, six hot entrees, and various snacks. The spread features Asian staples such as noodle and rice dishes, spring rolls, and seafood. While the refined palate may find the dishes relatively simple, the selection is nonetheless substantial and fit for a full meal on the ground.
The beverage selection is less impressive. There is an espresso machine, a soda fountain, beer on tap, and a few bottles of wine for self-service in a cooler.
Despite the recent renovations, the Sky Hub Lounge still lacks a bathroom, but public facilities are located nearby. The airport also operates complimentary showers for transit passengers, which Sky Hub Lounge guests are welcome to use as well.

Secure Wi-Fi is available throughout. Other amenities include two shared computers, a printer, and a selection of newspapers and magazines.
Sky Hub Lounge ICN bottom line
The Sky Hub Lounge at Seoul’s Incheon airport features a fresh, smartly designed and well-appointed sitting area. The layout is compact, the club lacks daylight and a bathroom, and the staff is in no rush to pick up glasses and dishes, but the excellent buffet makes the Sky Hub Lounge well worth the cost of admission.

Overall ratings
The buffet is worth four stars – the best at ICN. The drink selection is limited, though, and the lounge itself underwhelming. Yet, the value of the buffet can’t be beat, especially for Priority Pass members.
