Overall ratings
The lounge itself is a very nice place with plenty of seating. Also several private rooms that have seating, TV-Set, desk with PC and are very nice for families or people who just want to relax. Lots of staff available to take care of everything. The lounge got very empty after the last Thai flight leaves and after this the staff was waiting for us to go and didn`t really care anymore. They were sitting in the chairs and playing with their smartphones.
Food can be had at the restaurant-area or you can choose something fom the buffet. Staff then brings it to your place. Same for beverages – choice is very nice including different kinds of champagne.
Nice selection of newspapers and magazines, free WIFI, office-area, playroom for kids. Private VIP-area and much more including the SPA which is supposed to be very nice. Restrooms and showers are very, very nice.
