Overall ratings
(Context – this was my home airport for several years) This is more a private waiting area than anything else. It’s delightfully quiet, one of the most peaceful airport waiting areas I’ve been to.
While there is AC and plenty of big comfy couches, there is no WiFi, and this is the ONLY part of the airport that enforces your ticketed baggage allowance and will make you pay for the difference (which, for domestic flights, is usually only 15kg).
There are also NO refreshments, NOT EVEN WATER, available, contrary to the marketing.
If you have access through Priority Pass, it’s certainly more pleasant and quiet than waiting in the main terminal, and if you’ve never experienced using a VIP terminal and concierge service like this, it’s certainly unique, but I actually prefer to put up with a little chaos so I can use the main terminal’s amenities.
