    Worst customer service ever. Spoke to a member of staff who told us he was the manager when he was not. Staff need re training in customer service

    The lounge has everything. The food is delicious, spread is large and there are plenty of options.
    They accept DCB, Infinia, axis Vistara infinite, axis Magnus, Amex Travel platinum( not add on), Pnb Rupay platinum, Priority pass, axis select, Axis atlas and many more.

    The lounge is very nice in every aspect but one, there are almost no vegan options on the menu across all meals. There is no milk alternative…..it really would be nice to have some vegetarian non dairy options. Almost every vegetarian dish has dairy allergen in it. Really apart from veganism there are many people who are also allergic to dairy…it would be wonderful if small changes could be made
