Overall ratings
For such a beautiful airport I can’t believe this is the only lounge for international travellers and they don’t accept Priority pass. The lines to get in is so long with everyone trying all their local credit cards to see which card will get them in. This is a terrible way to showcase this premium airport. I can’t believe the domestic lounge accepts priority pass which is an internationally used card and the international lounge doesn’t.
This is very modern atmosphere lounge with good decoration. There are many sections for you to sit. All furniture are very new in good condition. 6/2024
This is the first time I’m using this lounge,but find this much better than the ones I’ve used in Frankfurt (Lufthansa), London ( British Airways) and San Francisco ( United Airlines and ABritish Airways). Plenty of food and drink options in a spacious and cleZn atmosphere. The staff is attentive and clean the tables frequently.. A great experience overall
Reached 080 lounge in BLR terminal 2 .Staff at the front desk said only Domestic banks issued cards will be accepted.
As it is an international terminal premium credit cards of Mastercard and visa issued by international banks should be accepted.
Was traveling from Bengaluru to Frankfurt and had 4 hours to kill. So thought I would relax in the lounge. This lounge is filled with travelers who get free access to lounge with their India based credit cards. Since I did not have one I paid Rs4100. The front desk was not friendly and did not care/bother. Since it was late in the night the back section was closed and so was the A/C. The temperature was too hot in that area. We managed to get a seat in the corner. Two of the file recliners were broken. There were lot of mosquitoes. Most of the food was cold, including Pasta, chicken curry and fish. It is not worth paying to get access to this lounge. Yes I would say it is good if you get a free entry
