I was traveling from Delhi to Seoul on August 17th. Reps at the front desk were
Not welcoming at all.. no smile or greeting. There was no air conditions at all in the lounge. It was very hot inside. Despite my inquiry about it, I was told it’s centrally air conditioned .. that’s all. One of the employees who was clearing tables told me to ask front desk to turn AC on…!!! Food area was unkempt, all of 5 dishes were uncovered. Did not feel like trying anything in those unhygienic conditions, especially in that heat with no air conditioning. Wine selection ( with only one wine label to pick from, that could hardly be called “selection”) was lousy.

Could not wait to get out of there.
I have been to many lounges around the globe and sad to say my own country has such low standard .
At least have the front desk staff at least greet with a smile, that does not cost anything, they both seemed like they would be happy to be anywhere else but the lounge.
