Overall ratings
So overcrowded, barely find a seat, huge queues for average food, very loud with crying kids. Actually left the lounge to find a quiet spot, should be the other way round. AIR NZ needs to sort the overcrowded lounges out or HVCs will look elsewhere
We’ve just boarded our flight home to New Zealand and spent time in the lounge. Thomas (staff member) was fabulous – from his Espresso Martini through to his constant attentiveness, all delivered with a fantastic smile and cheerfulness. Thank you Thomas 🏝️
