June 9th 2pm – 4pm. THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOUNGE experience EVER. Never mind the small space and limited amenities, it still provides refuge from the Terminal. What made it THE WORST were the four employees working in, around and behind the bar. They actted like they were roommates in their own home. Loud conversations with laughing and sometimes curse words. Conversing back and forth in Spanish, laughing loud, their own conversations going, eating food and sharing food in from t of everyone. One employee loudly taking to someone on the phone to cange her shedule. For at least 15 min. Arguing and pleading very loudly. They def had their own thing going behind the bar not caring one bit about customers. SOOOOO unprofessional, eating and now drinking freeley in front of us. All people are silent in disbelief and embarresment for them. I am a flight attendant and know exactly what kind of conduct one must have in front of customers and when to do and say what. UNBELIEVABLE only selected OneStat because it wouldn’t let me proceed otherwise. I would rather sit in the terminal without any food or drink, which btw is not free, than be subjected to this show
