Overall ratings
This lounge is on the smaller side, but it is comfortable, open, and the staff are always friendly. They used to have crab cakes, which were fantastic, but sadly those are gone. The food is still pretty good, though.
Clean with privacy. Could use more electrical outlets. Front desk were GREAT. We rebooked twice due to weather and fear of getting on a plane that we found out later sat on the Tarmac for 45 min in a lighting storm!
We did have a pass but was not able to use it the next morning, even though our flight was canceled.
We were there at 6PM chex mix, cookies and soup! Bartender had to pour water and soda. Why? Even at BK, McD`s and Arbys they are all self serve machines
Wifi was good. We did have to book a hotel room but could not find a private place to quietly make calls to check for availability. I miss the old telephone booths we had when I was in college that give privacy and did not disturb others.
The lounge is quite spacious and offered plenty of seating and great apron view through floor to ceiling windows.
Only free food are some cookies that didn`t taste good and nuts. Everything else does cost you. We also disliked the fact that you only can help yourself with coffee and tea, all other beverages must be obtained at the bar.
Free Wifi, some newspapers and magazines, flight-information display. Restrooms were nice and clean.
