Overall ratings
The main lounge was quite crowded, but the quite area (turn right when you enter) was empty. Interior is ok, apron view is really nice,.
Two buffets with uninspiring food. Two kinds of soup which were actually quite good. If you want real food you have to pay, Same goes for alcohol, unless you get vouchers. Soft drinks are complimentary.
Free Wifi, some newspapers and magazines, 2 business centres, kids room. Restrooms are ok.
Super unfriendly staff. Almost non existent selection of snacks ( there is no food in here). Very limited drinks. You have to pay for most of the real food or drinks.
Super crowded.
This is my first time in an American Airlines Admirals club as their metal is doing the TATL service to Dublin. Good internet fast, food options for overnight transatlantic business class passengers is really poor. 2 free drinks is ridiculous I don’t drink alcohol and the ability to have decent sparkling water or juices is not a big ask. In Europe they are free and plentiful in lounges. Could we not be offered some food or salad as an option before flying overnight and skipping the high calorie options on board and at such a late hour too? Compared to BA and Aer Lingus this is really poor and disappointing.
