Overall ratings
Many seats (some with glass and wood tables) but power outlets only on very little places(!) and in the business area which is seperated by a wall – not a good feeling when leave your computer there and grab some food.
Unlike other Star Alliance lounges I know Vienna is very poor: outside of main lunch and dinner times today only (hot) soup is available. Otherwise you have to eat bread/butter and cake
Food: outside of main lunch and dinner times only soup is available. In the DinersClub lounge next door you will get much more
Free Wlan, showers, small toilet.
Located at the base of the F-concourse, up a set of escalators and then behind a corridor. Extremely inconvenient considering the F is long and moving walkways only run outwards. Setup and seating nice, catering options nearly non-existent. Thought the LH-business lounges were bad, well this is far worse. Absolutely not worth the money for a red-lounge access, but even although I can get in for free I will in the future just have a better time outside and pay a little for that.
Little selection of low quality
OK
We only spent a few minutes in here, but the lounge seems quite nice for a business lounge. Plenty of seating and unusual colours and decoration.
Selection of food and beverages was ok.
Free WIFI, good selection of newspapers and magazines. Bathrooms outside the lounge are shared with the Senator and First Class Lounge.
