Overall ratings
This is the least-restrictive of the two adjacent Avianca lounges. It’s an open-air style lounge with a full buffet. There isn’t much of an aesthetic to the main part of this lounge; it just feels like part of the airport. There’s plenty of food ranging from above average to poor, and some of it is served by an attendant. Tucked in the back is a unique business center in partnership with Samsung, featuring computer monitors and ergonomic chairs.
Service is terrible. I entered 30 mins before closing at 10 pm. They did not even have drinking water jar filled up and did not even provide a glass of water upon request.
Food is poor and almost all ran out.
Seating and ambience is average though.
