Overall ratings
One of the worst lounges we have been to. A very long line at the reception and other employees standing around not helping while the receptionist is making call on the phone, ignoring customers in a line that keeps getting longer and longer. When enquiring, the receptionist gets agresivo. It seems the objective is to make entry as painful as possible for customers. Inside food choice is very poor. Don’t bother about this lounge.
Horrible experience. Worst VIP lounge ever.
After a rather substantial overhaul of the airport and loung, this place is now really nice. It was always a comfortable and peaceful place to be, but now it has style and great comforts that make it a stand out. The food offering is decent, and there is a great selection of premium beverages. There are small things like local juices and some caribbean-inspired bites.
The staff is top notch. The decor is very attractive.
This is a must see when traveling through Hato.
