Overall ratings
Poorest executive lounge I have been in. I use priority pass. Very poor range of snacks – just jars of peanuts, crisps, a couple of pre-packed biscuits. Nice selection of jams and honeys, but nothing to put it on except 3 stale looking breakfast pastries (I visited at 5pm!).
China did not seem clean.
Like many people going on holiday, I like a little comfort whilst waiting for my departure and usually check into the executive lounge. What a surprise…. at after 1pm there were no hot snacks, just a few not too toothsome cakes and crisps, along with cereals – most people have had their breakfasts at that time of the day. The bar (if you can call a cubbyhole that) was poorly stocked and the beer wasn’t even chilled.
I was chatting to another guest whilst looking for something to nibble, and she was also appalled at the lounge, saying it was a total waste of money and that she’d never use it again. Might be an idea to send someone down to Heathrow or Gatwick lounges to see how it should be done,
Did not have my booking so ended up having to prove i booked online. Average selection of drinks. Snacks very poor and very unhygenic with dishes left uncleaned and scoop for peanuts left on table.
