Overall ratings
The space is nice with a variety of decent chairs and table configurations. Limited but decent food choices (eggs and rice and beans for breakfast, soup, salad bar, chicken and rice for lunch) plus coffee and sodas for free. Alcoholic drinks are not free although so people seem to have coupons for them (which weren’t offered for Priority Pass).
This club looks like it has been through some nice renovations since the pictures here. It is very spacious and on the second floor above gate 18. It was busy when we arrived and had to wait at the elevator for space to open up. It looks like they do a good job not making the place feel too packed inside. The club is spacious with lots of seating and is pretty quiet. They have a small selection of food, but for lunch it was pretty good. There was a make your own salad bar and we had rice and a chicken which was very good. They have a small bar but can serve beer, wine, alcohol, coffee, espresso, soft drinks, etc. The restrooms are very clean and very nice. Wifi is provided and they have power outlets for your devices. It is a great place to relax instead of the craziness in the terminal. Although it is definitely not one of the flagship lounges around the world, this lounge is very nice and I would highly recommend it.
This lounge has been refreshed and is now on the 2nd floor of the airport. There is ample and comfortable seating and a small selection of food, which was surprisingly decent for a lounge. The lunch options were a delicious beef stew or soup, and breakfast consisted of hot options (rice and eggs), and cold options (yogurt and granola). While this is a small selection, compared to other lounges in Latin America this selection was relatively filling. The lounge itself is clean, but has fewer drinks/amenities than other lounges. For a quick stop before a flight, though, this lounge is a great option.
Not an ideal VIP to relax and rest for your flight. It is located on a basement or underground level of the airport, therefore there are not windows or views to anything. It is pretty small and with very disorganized and bad selection of furniture where it gets crowded and there are not places to sit. The amenities like food or drinks is pretty limited and not quality. WIFI is bad, very slow. It is really a bad example of a VIP for a Star Alliance Lounge. It looks better to sit at regular gates than come to the lounge
