Comfortable 60 seating under the Coral style in 140 Sqm. Area of The Coral Executive lounge is to enhance the superior ground services and provide the executive class comfort which you can escape the hustle and bustle of the crowded airport. You can freshen up and catch up on work while awaiting the flight with relaxing 180 degree panoramic view of Mai-Khao Beach during the day and the beautiful sunset in the evening. The materials used for sofas in our lounge is made of 100% Thai Silk from Jim Thompson while the walls decoration is with Pearl and Shell to create The Coral Style and atmosphere.
The lounge offers a complimentary 15 minute neck and shoulder massage per adult. Complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to beer only.

Right now I am sitting at the burger King!! Let me tell you, they are WAY better than this so called “premium” lounge!!! This place does not deserve the right to be called a premium lounge at all, I think coach or scrap is a better word!!
I am still so shocked about this, that I am not sure where to start!! When I walked into the place and it was empty 5pm the day after Christmas, i should have known!!
So after walking and struggling to find the place, I was told I should go to their other lounge on second floor! So I went there and when I walked in I was SHOCKED to find the place to be like an oven! NO AIRCONS!!! Just a few useless fans blowing hot air! I then felt the need to get something cold to drink. When I got to the fridge, they literally had ginger ale, tonic water, water, soda water and sprite! NOT EVEN COKE! By now i was boiling over. I got some sprite, but the cans was warm!! The fridge wasn’t even cold! I tried to make the best of a very shitty situation and went to get a glass and some ice!! Haahahahahaha it even got worse, the ice they had was so big that one block basically filled the whole glass, which wasn’t much bigger than a airline glass.
After all of this I decided to leave. Just by the way, almost no one in this shitty place can communicate in English!!!!! I asked for the manager and the lady called him. He then spoke to me over the phone and I told him to come down and speak to me like a manager should do!! Well the lazy asshole didn’t come, he sended the other receptionist! All I wanted was for them to refund me. Eventually I got so angry that they called the manager again and he came down. But this guy is so rude and his attitude is the worst ever!!! Never ever I’ve been so pissed off before. He then totally pulled the shits on me and told me I should rather leave If I don’t like HIS place. He said the aircon is not his problem and it is the airport’s fault. By now I wanted to blow up and iam dying from heat! I asked to speak to his boss and he told me that His boss don’t speak to customers that is not important.(his exact words) and he also said that he would not give my refund!! I totally lost it by now and told him I will be phoning the tourist police. He then told the receptionist to refund me. They were so useless and took so long that I needed to leave for my flight. So I never even got my refund!
I really LoungeKey and First National Bank do see this review and act on it!! If this is the kind of service i am getting from a lounge service, I don’t even see the use in getting a special account with lounge visits!
