Overall ratings
The review says it all. There are zero business class lounges in Cairo international terminal 3. This is a poor representation of Egypt and frankly sometimes it is all that people see so it should be a priority to sort it out. 2of the lounges are closed so only 2 lounges serve the entire business population and all lounges have children and are noisy. No lounge available for actual business use. If you want to be considered in the international stage Egypt you should do much better than this for airport facilities.
