The largest airport lounge in India, Encalm Privé spreads across 22,000 square feet, with seating for over 550 guests. Future expansion plans will bring the total available space closer 30,000 square feet. The club was built in the footprint of the former Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines Lounges, which closed during the pandemic.
Encalm Privé boasts a long-list of high-end amenities, including a full hot buffet and live cooking stations, shower rooms, and a family room. The planned expansion will add private resting rooms and sleeping pods, a spa, and a fitness center.
Encalm Privé at New Delhi - Indira Gandhi (DEL) welcomes:
- All passengers, regardless of airline and class of service, for a fee.
- Select premium customers and elite members departing on an airline served by this lounge (see Airlines tab).

It was on June 17 th 2024. I was at Encalm Prive Lounge. Staff, Ambience And food was so so good. Devi Singh was very helpful and pleasant. He helped us a lot and said to try all variety. He was awesome. Thank you so much Devi Singh.
Excellent food and lots of verities
Very cousy lounge with plenty of resting places and good food. Danish was helpful.
An oasis of calmness in the midst of travel turmoil! Delicious food, spacious areas, comfortable colours, places for reading, eating, chilling in general. special thanks to Preety for being very helpful and for a most charming beautiful smile
My Encalm lounge experience at New Delhi’s IGI Airport, Terminal 3, Ground Level, Arrivals (near Gate 4) upon arrival from the US was mixed. It was past 11 pm and I had a connecting flight at 6 in the morning. The lounge itself was quite bare-bones with very limited food options and no washrooms (the airport washroom was located across from the lounge). What made my 4-hr experience memorable was the responsiveness and affability of the two lounge attendants, Kushal Saini and Aditya Mishra. Even at that late hour, the way they handled the questions, requests and commands of guests, was laudable. Kudos to them!
The lounge you used must not have been the Encalm Prive Lounge as there was nothing to be disappointed by in it. Food, beverage, seating, decor & particularly service was fantastic IMO. There is another Encalm Lounge which I suspect may not be as good. If anything was surprising was that beer was chargeable although every other alcoholic drink was available free of charge. Also my espresso martini, not surprisingly as I was technically still in India after all came with milk. I put this down to staff error (& maybe a cultural thing?)
