Overall ratings
Do not bother. Very tiny. More people than seats. Very small food selection, pancakes at 9pm anyone?
Currently sitting in this very lounge. WiFi is throwing an IP config error when you connect, none of the syrups in the soda are working, the chilled bottles, etc are at least there but no brand name beers or spirits (electric blue vodka?? Cristal beer???). There are currently 2 clean glasses and 90% of seats are taken (think 3 seater sofa with one guy lying across it and you’re in the ballpark). No one is collecting dirty glasses and plates. Weirdly not the worst lounge I’ve been in.
WiFi doesn’t even work!
Few varieties of food and drinks, and food is not fresh.
Who manages this lounge should be ashamed of making this lounge available. Try to go to Lufthansa lounge at London Heathrow to understand how a lounge should be. We are paying for a miserable service!
Limp sandwiches (bought in and not freshly prepared) with barely any filling. No potato crisps etc as an alternative. No vegetarian options.
What a disappointment.
Very small lounge, with old and worn seating. Not very clean, no daylight.
Packaged Snacks, Drinks, Coffee/Tea.
Only one toilet for all customers. Quite disgusting.
