    Worst ever lounge experience. Three highly arrogant ladies refused to accept priority pass entrance due to „over booking“ – while the lounge was at max 50% occupied! No way to find any solution with them. Best would be to close the lounge and fire the staff.

    Impolite refusal to accept Priority Pass customers due to overbooking (questionable?). No willingness to find any alternative solution. Never had such a bad experience before.

    Schlechteste Lounge und Service überhaupt. Völlig überbucht. 3 Stunden Wartezeit mit kleinen Kindern. Niemals wieder!
