After warmly greeted by our dedicated First Class Assistant or Butler at the airport Drop Zone Area, you will then be ushered to Drop off Room, a lounge where the First Class Assistant/ Butler will serve a welcome drink and wet towels as refreshment. Butler will completely handle you with travel procedures such as baggage wrapping, check-in, and immigration.
The First Class Assistant then will escort you to the Garuda Indonesia First Class Lounge, where you will enjoy a spread of food and beverages, Wi-Fi and SPA services. Here, the First Class Assistant will also help you to make a reservation of refreshing SPA services if you’d like.
From long chairs to quiet spaces to family rooms, every single detail has been designed for your comfort. Also available are favorite reading materials, a small library, a cigar room, kitchen, prayer room (Mushola), baby nursery and disabled toilet.

After experienced the Garuda Indonesia First Class Lounge, both First Class Assistant/Butler then will escort you all the way to the aircraft and you can experience priority boarding or priority transfer and transit service as a show of Garuda Indonesia hospitality.
