I purchased a ticket for the VIP Lounge at the airport.. when I arrived.. Wow! Surprise! It’s closed and without any notice. Thanks for stealing 20€ from me. Is this customer service? Shame!
I can not believe this place exists. Poorest lounge I’ve ever visited by a wide margin. It’s better to wait outside, at least there’s a view.
First of all it’s hard to find. No signs. Reception is friendly enough. Not very big and not well designed. Coffe, soft drinks and some beers available.Only limited snacks plus slices of second rate pizza. I have been to worse lounges but most are considerably better than this.
Well at least there is some food I suppose but limited to poor quality pizza and some me Line muted snacks such as crisps and biscuits
Has tables to work on and toilets.Wifi is very slow
This is without exception the worst lounge I have been in. Incredibly poor service, which was in fact rude service from two of the staff, local wine equates to ONE bottle of cheap sparkling which ran out and despite the staff knowing that, it wasn’t replaced until we asked. Food very poor, room badly laid out, chairs uncomfortable, room bland and like an old fashioned waiting room. Zero view as windows are blinded because the smoking area is the other side of the glass.
I have an unlimited Priority Pass but I would not even bother going in if I ever fly from Bergamo again. McDonald’s has a better atmosphere.
It is in the spirit of the Milano Bergamo airport. Shitty. If you have some card, which lets you in for free it is worth at least to bother the bored attendant to breath heavily when she is looking for a POS terminal. It seems the visitors are rare sight here.
At least you can get some drinks for free to take them on the plane since goddamn Ryanair wants to charge is weight in gold for every liquid.
Clean but the poorest, smallest Lounge I have seen anywhere in the world. Poor selection of food which is not topped up & the place has no atmosphere. It’s more like stepping into someone’s tiny office
Poor lounge experience.
Very small, gateside area which due to being surrounded by the smoking area it stinks of smoke.
None of the food had been topped up leaving only crisps and soft drinks available. The tables were full of people’s rubbish, none of which was removed with any haste. No windows (due to being surrounded by smoking area).
Compared to other lounges at other airports very poor.
