This is an absolutely ghastly place, the tables never get cleared, there’s a very poor (sometimes non-existent) selection of snacks. The staff are downright unpleasant and go out of their way to humiliate you if your ticket is one that they have never seen before. If you actually pay to use it you are throwing money away. There are plenty of nice places in the airport that wouldn’t cost anywhere near what you pay to get in. Also, there is a FOUR drink maximum even though you are on a business or first class ticket. In summer it’s full of lager louts.
