How dare American Express promote this lounge.The space was dingy and not well maintained.The morning we went we were not told until after a very long wait that the cook was AWOL.We were offered sandwiches which we ordered.That is when things got ugly.We noticed that numerous groups that came in after us were served before us.We finally just got up and left. We had a better experience at Wendy’s in the food court.If you are a person of color stay away from this lounge. Although I cannot recommend this place to anybody because they were rude to everybody.
