AWFUL and RUDEST STAFF that I have experienced in any of the Hawaiian islands in all my visits, here! Totally different than the hospitality that is advertised around, and the kindness of the staff that you experience at the extremely expensive resorts on the island. I wish, that I wouldn’t have found out that was this lounge in this airport!
After a wonderful week, on this beautiful island, in an amazing resort this whole experience with the lounge staff really, put a very sour taste in my mouth!
And, it didn’t really worth it, by the way!!!
They have just coffee, and soft drinks but, the machine was broken at the time!!!
Kind of a joke, honestly!
It is air conditioned, that is about the only benefit. The prepackaged snacks were stale.
Clean and air conditioned, unlike the rest of the airport. The only food and beverages are self serve coffe and fountain sofa, as well as nut mix packages. No alcohol at all.
