Overall ratings
Beautiful lounge with good food, but terrible service.
WiFi is paid, slow and same as in the rest of the airport. It won’t work with most VPNs, leaving you poorly secured. Lots of tables, but few have electrical outlets (why would anyone design a lounge with no outlets?).
Dozens of workers standing around doing nothing, while most tables and chairs were covered with plates and garbage. Dirty, stained carpets.
Very limited selection of food, just salad and eggs at 8am with long lines for eggs.
Lounge is too large and not intimate; feels like a convention center. No one to help you find anything. Outdoor spaces only for smokers.
This lounge needs to hire someone away from the fantastic Turkish Lounge to learn how to run a lounge.
Terrible staff. I Wonder If they know what business they are into.
Overall a great lounge with a lot of amenities. It can have a long queue to get in, and often most of the seats in the main area are taken, however there are plenty of different seating areas away from the main buffet area, including lounge seats, couches, different types of seats. Despite the lots of seats though, quite difficult to find a power point. Massages are available, but only limited hours. Showers also available. Very large selection of food and drink, though a lot of it isn’t great quality, but some of it is. Great kids play area, though there isn’t really any seating next to it, so you can’t just sit down and relax or work while the kid plays.
A solid lounge with lots of upsides. Lovely bar area. Several seating areas away from the main area. Massages, showers, plenty of food stations. Not the best selection of food but still dependable. Often gets busy and can take 15 minutes to get into.
