Overall ratings
This is the only lounge at T1 (which handles all international flights at TFU), so it serves a lot of airlines. Walk-in is possible and payment by credit card is accepted. It is located under the immigration area – after the down-riding escalators at the end of the immigration area, turn around.
The lounge is decently sized – around 4-5pm on a Monday, the lounge was completely empty and quiet outside of the dining section. The parts furthest from the reception desk is fantastic for minding your business in peace – sporting a variety of seating options in a tranquil and well-kept environment. Particularly notable were the sofas which were lit by sunlight from an open space within the terminal building.
Food and beverage options were limited but reasonable. There were about 7 hot dishes, a live noodle station offering a few dishes, desserts, small bites (eg croissants and biscuits).Major soft drinks, coffee, tea and milk were available but no alcohol. A sign indicated different menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Toilets were clean and there were 2 shower rooms available upon request of the staff.
Overall, a very good lounge – diverse seating options, not crowded and in good condition.
