Overall ratings
My family visited the lounge in January 2025. This is the worst lounge and the manager is rude and should be replaced. The food selection is limited and quickly runs out. Aruba is a happy island but the lounge is poorly maintained and leaves a bad impression. It is time to completely change management.
OMG – we visited April 18, 2019 at 1:30pm and walked out! VIP is a JOKE! Simply rude hosts (nobody on front desk). When we did meet the two young ladies – it’s like they are not happy unless you are unhappy. These hosts drive people away! I have VIP Passes on my MasterCard (have never used them) & decided to visit the International VIP Lounge with my wife here in Aruba. We never did use the Pass – The worst hosts ever! Giving it a one star because I cannot select lower!
My family and I travel to Aruba regularly and have purchased admission to the VIP lounge on several occasions. Most recently, my family of 4 visited the lounge on July 29, 2018 and paid almost $200 USD. Every time that we have been there, the food has run out and most of the bar was non-existent. That was the case this time too. Additionally, this time every single toilet was non-functional (men’s and women’s). Private restrooms are a big reason why we choose to spend the money to be admitted to the lounge. Also, the wifi did not work for any of us on any devices (we had 8). To paying customers it feels like a “bait-and-switch” where these things are promoted as enticements to get patrons to purchase I would respectfully request a refund. We are open minded and would consider giving the lounge another chance on our next visit, but for our most recent visit, we do not feel that we received anything of value whatsoever. We regretted making the purchase
