Overall ratings
Not as bad as other reviews say. They are plenty nice, bathrooms are fine. They have beer and food
Just awful
Worst lounge I have been to. Dirty and not much to choose.
Very poor check in routine. They take your phone to read barcodes and still they need a few minutes to enter manual data. The worst check in I have seen overall.
I have Priority Pass so luckily I didn’t have to pay – and I don’t recommend anyone to pay to visit this lounge. The worst part about it is the attitude of the staff. Some of the most inhospitable and unwelcoming staff I’ve ever seen. The app displayed the lounge as being open until 20:30, but at 18:50 the very rude lady started walking around yelling at everyone “I’m closing in 10 minutes!!” We were surprised but started wrapping up our work and preparing to leave. She spent this whole time circling the room yelling at everyone “I’m closing! I’m closing!” Most people were confused and asked her, “what are you closing?” When she said “the lounge” they were also surprised since it was so early, and asked her where they could sit before their flight. She replied in a super rude tone to them, “That’s not my problem, it’s yours.” Friendly! At one point (18:54) the situation escalated so much that she began shouting, “We’re closed now! Leave!” to which we were all even more confused about since she just had said we had 10 minutes. Overall an extremely unpleasant lounge experience – not at all relaxing. The food was also some of the worst lounge food we’ve seen: ice cold (stale) bread rolls, some cold cuts, and slices of sweaty cheese. Soda machine and beer on tap. Alongside some weird veggie balls and rock hard meatballs that were inedible. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Way too expensive drop in prices for what you get. Supersmall food selection, uncomfortable seats, dirty tables.
The worst lounge experience EVER!! Dirty tables, filthy toilets, many tables filled up with cups, plates and leftovers, dirty floor, no clean cups or glass to drink from, just terrible!!!
The person at the desk first declined my son access with Priority Pass. Mine she accepted. Turned out she has to tupé in the number and name – at least my name got all Wrong so har to help her, not sure if that was the reason my sons access got denied but came in as guest.
And it Took time to process us…
The floor was dirty, toilets likewise… Food was Largely gone. There was some drinks and space to sit.
Nice enough staff, but huge backlog on cleaning tables (sticky, dirty) and genuinely disgusting toilets. Never again.
Lounge is the most dirty I’ve seen. Tables flithy and sticky. They don’t look as tho they’ve been cleaned in days. Food display messy, not replenished and dirty. Glasses badly scrstched and badly washed. Staff flirting at reception desk almost oblivious to customers.
Have to wait up to 30min to get in. Really limited range of food, and many of them was finished. The staff was a bit impolite. This was the lowest rate, I never gave to any lounge
